The Perfect Storm tells the story of a group of fishermen who, close to the start of the hurricane season, try to make up for a mediocre fishing season. The music outlines the growing danger after which disaster strikes. This arrangement contains the beautiful and heroic but also frightning themes, which in particular are difficult for the brass section.
