Day One is the symphonic piece on the album The Kyteman Orchestra. With an virtuos part for vibraphone, a mysterious atmosphere is put forward. This arrangement contains the original instrumentation for string quartet (violin, violin, viola, double bass), brass section (trumpet, horn, trombone, tuba), percussionist, piano and vibraphone.
